I make my marshmallow from 2 full batch recipes that are put into a 10x10x2 inch pan to firm up. I then cut them in 2x2x2 inch servings giving you 24 marshmallows. Please allow 5-10 business days for your goodies to be processed then shipped out. this is just an estimate for time i have a lot of local orders as well. Why the 5-8 days, i also have a lot of local orders to fill as well, that time frame gives me the time to fit in all of my orders :)

The standard shipping method is USPS 2-3 day Postal Priority Mail but we recommend express mail. USPS does not guarantee a delivery date, therefore we can not guarantee a delivery date. If you require a specific delivery date you must pay for UPS or FED EX shipping which is much higher than USPS.

As of 2/15/2008 Insurance is included in your shipping cost for pretzels and decorated cookies how ever we recommend you buy insurance for our other products as well, USPS may cover broken or damaged goods but that is left up to their discretion.
